A Brief History

For 60 years, Moretti Forni S.p.a. has been a leader in the production of commercial electric and gas deck ovens. Beginning in 1946, with the visionary; Placido Moretti, and continuing forward today with the Moretti family leadership, our company and its worldwide representatives share a common interest in listening and responding to the end user. In 1965, Moretti Forni SNC became the first company in Italy to manufacture electric deck ovens. Today we are comprised of 3 divisions, Food Division, Ceramic Kilns Division and Glass Furnaces Division. Through innovative and cost efficient management, we integrate all three divisions, producing efficient, high tech modular deck ovens. We supply a wide range of products for the pizza, bakery and restaurant industry. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility covers 10,000 sq. meters, operated by a close knit team of 100+ dedicated personnel producing ovens, using the most efficient industrial production machinery in the world. Efficiency, safety, innovation, and functionality are the standards we use in producing quality and reliable restaurant equipment products for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
